An Everfit alternative for writing the training block
Everfit is an all-in-one coaching platform with a client app and AI tools. RungGym is narrower: a dosed training block with injuries filtered out.
The short answer
Everfit is an all-in-one coaching platform: a client app, workout programming, nutrition, habit tracking, messaging, scheduling and payments, with AI features among its tools. RungGym is not a full platform. Its core is one thing: a 3 to 6 week training block built from the client's goal, level, equipment and conditions, with injuries applied as a hard exclusion and sets, reps, rest and weekly progression dosed along the ACSM and NSCA guidelines, each rule with its source reference. Clients also get a private web page with a food log, habits, check-ins, messages and booking. If you need a native app, group scheduling and billing, stay on Everfit. RungGym then makes sense for the programming step, alongside it.
What Everfit is
- An all-in-one coaching platform for coaches, gyms and studios
- A client app for workouts, with nutrition and habit tracking alongside
- Messaging, scheduling, forms and payments in the same system
- AI-assisted tools, including an AI workout builder, that Everfit markets as part of the platform

What RungGym does
RungGym builds the training block. You enter the client's goal, level, available equipment and any conditions to work around, and a complete block of 3 to 6 weeks comes back: exercise selection, sets, reps, rest and a progression percentage per week, with a source reference behind each dosage rule. You hand it over as a PDF and as a private weekly sheet. Around the block, each client's private link also holds a nutrition log against your calorie and macro targets, habits, weekly check-ins with progress photos, messages and self-booking of your 1-on-1 moments. It has no branded app in the app stores, no card payments from your clients, no group class scheduling and no integrations with other platforms.
Stay with Everfit if
- Your clients log workouts, meals and habits in one app
- Messaging, bookings and billing run through the platform today
- You coach groups or run a team and need one place for all of it
- The AI workout builder already gives you the speed you need
RungGym helps if
- You want every injury or condition applied as a hard exclusion, so an unsuitable exercise is never selected
- You want a source reference visible for each dosage rule, for a client or a physio who asks
- You want sets, reps, rest and progression dosed along the ACSM and NSCA guidelines
- You want a complete 3 to 6 week block, with weekly progression, from four inputs in one go
Most likely: alongside, not instead of
RungGym covers only part of what Everfit does around the workout, and it is not meant to replace it. If your clients already live in Everfit, keep it. Generate the block in RungGym when you want the injury filter and the visible sources, then enter it into Everfit by hand, because there is no integration between the two.
Frequently asked questions
Is RungGym a replacement for Everfit?
Not fully. Everfit is a platform with a client app, group scheduling and payments. RungGym writes the training block and gives the client a private link with their worksheet, nutrition log, habits, check-ins, messages and 1-on-1 booking. It has no native client app, no group scheduling and no card payments from your clients.
Can I move a RungGym block into Everfit?
You can export every block as a PDF with the exercises, sets, reps, rest and the weekly progression. There is no integration with Everfit or any other platform, so moving a plan across is manual work.
What does RungGym do differently from an AI workout builder?
We cannot speak for how Everfit's builder works. What RungGym does is apply conditions and injuries as a hard exclusion filter, dose every block along ACSM and NSCA guidelines and show the source reference behind each dosage rule.
