RungGym compared to the platforms

Every comparison below tells you when to stay where you are. That is not modesty: a trainer who buys the wrong tool cancels within a month.

Coaching software splits into two kinds. Full coaching platforms give your clients a branded app and combine workout delivery, tracking, messaging, payments and scheduling. Lighter tools finish fewer jobs. RungGym is the second kind: it writes the training block, and gives each client a private web page with a food log, habits, check-ins, messages and booking. It has no branded app in the app stores, no card payments from your clients and no group class scheduling. That means it is sometimes a replacement for a platform and often runs alongside one, taking over the programming while the platform keeps delivering.

The one job

RungGym builds the training block. You enter the client's goal, level, available equipment and any conditions to work around, and a complete block of 3 to 6 weeks comes back: exercise selection, sets, reps, rest and a progression percentage per week, with a source reference behind each dosage rule. You hand it over as a PDF and as a private weekly sheet. Around the block, each client's private link also holds a nutrition log against your calorie and macro targets, habits, weekly check-ins with progress photos, messages and self-booking of your 1-on-1 moments. It has no branded app in the app stores, no card payments from your clients, no group class scheduling and no integrations with other platforms.

How the price table works

Every competitor figure in the table below was read on that product's own pricing page on 17 October 2026, each name links to that page, and a fact the page did not state reads "not listed". Prices change without notice, so check the source before you decide, and ours.
